Shipping
We post UK-wide with Royal Mail. Most pieces are made to order, so please allow a few working days for us to make and pack yours. You'll receive tracking details by email when your parcel is on its way.
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Below that, postage is worked out by weight at checkout, from £2.95 for small letterbox items.
We don't currently post outside the UK.
Returns
If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of it arriving and we'll arrange a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@colebeach.co.uk and we'll put it right.
